My partner and I have stayed here so many times at this point we consider it our place. The rooms are always clean. It's quite and in the perfect location. The view is phenomenal, especially this time of year. Also, the restaurant staff are wonderful and the food has also always been great! We will continue to enjoy our stays here.

We enjoyed our stay here and it was easy to get into State College to enjoy the football game. Our room was very clean. The view from the room is also very beautiful. It's in a very small town so not a lot of amenities or options in the town but if you just need a place to stay outside of State College then this is a great option.

Great little motel close to Black Moshannon State park & a few minutes from State college. The rooms were clean, comfy & well maintained. The shower was large, with plenty of hot water. The restaurant at the property was a pleasant surprise, thought it would just be sandwiches & pub food but full menu with many options. Every dish we had was excellent!

What can we say? I don't think we've ever stayed anywhere so dreadful. The room was dirty and damp, the bed was covered in pet hairs and the shower was unusable. The only redeeming feature was the restaurant. The food was very good and the service was excellent

Hidden Gem Outside Happy Valley

Fantastic, clean, renovated motel just outside of Penn State University. Really enjoyed the fact that there was a full-service restaurant and bar on property, considering there weren't a ton of options for a good sitdown meal nearby.

My stay was wonderful. The room was clean. The staff that checked me in was pleasant and cheerful. I'm happy to spend my money at a well run independently owned businesses. The bonus was a beautiful park right across the street.
