This was one of the cleanest hotel rooms that I have stayed in ...maybe ever. Very few hotels actually clean under the bed! Kudos to Nittany Budget Motel for exceptionally clean rooms! I also like that they are pet friends.

This is a nice small older motel that is out of the way. It is clean and quiet with a great staff. I always stay here as my halfway point when I am traveling to see family. They are pet friendly.

The lady at the first desk was very nice. The room was clean until I went to use the toilet. It was dirty. They don't have a grand selection of items for breakfast but it helped me get to my destination. The place is quite cozy. Quiet and not on a busy road. If I'm in the area again I will always go there.

Not sure what more you could expect for the price. Very clean, beds were comfortable, everything was new and in working order. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. They deliver coffee and muffins to your room in the morning. Would definitely stay here again.
