Staff and rooms themselves were okay but wifi and water pressure were not good. Needed good wifi so changed hotels. Staff were understanding and Expedia working to get 3 of 4 nights refunded.

I have to say that the young lady that helped me when I checked in was so sweet and avery helpful. She went above and beyond to help me. The room was clean and decent just for the few nights we stayed. The water got turned off for a few hours on Friday which I thought was awkward. Never experienced that before staying at a hotel. The pool wasn't available so that was kind of a bummer because it was pretty warm with the Santa Ana winds. The room did smell like marijuana due to the the smell already filled the filter for the AC. All in all it was a place to lay our heads and worth the price.

Hotel is good at least for a 1 night stay we checked in 1st room they gave us the restroom was a little dirty :( we talked to front desk about it they switched us rooms so that was good afterwards beds are comfortable/soft only thing is the pool really needs to get cleaned at least for those young kiddos getting in yellowish water other than that stay was very pleasant and yes I’d definitely recommend it for a one night stay like I said!

Room was clean enough, door didn’t feel like it closed all the way and having 3 kids that’s the main thing, ac unit worked but the display was broken so had to figure it out, but staff was awesome I could tell they were renovating its a pretty big location overall id say a solid 6.5/10 the ac and door were the biggest issues for me

Property was in a good location. There was a mix of traveling families and sketchy guests, but the sketchy guests kept to themselves. The only thing was they would a little loud at night. Overall comfortable enough and would book again
