Luxury in my backyard. It is beautiful inside this hotel, like a different world. I love that they had a movie theater inside the hotel that was a pleasant surprise and the pool was clean and water was warm. I had a great experience staying here and definitely would go back.

Our stay was an impromptu romantic weekend getaway with my husband. Room was spacious and clean. Slept like babies in the king size bed suite. We took an afternoon swim in the indoor pool. We had a wonderful time having drinks and dinner in the Atrium. Its huge gorgeous plants, soft glow atmosphere with the trickling sound of the waterfall behind us was so relaxing. It definitely set the scene for a magical evening. The boutique movie theater was a delightful addition and brunch the next morning was delicious cherry on top.

The room , food, the staff customer service but especially one of the staff members named Abigayle she worked at the front desk reservations dept. She was a gem went up and beyond. I booked another night for pleasure and the rates were very good especially for a last minute added day. I recommend the Turkey sandwich for dinner and avocado toast for breakfast. There's also so much to do as far as amenities at the Greenwich location. Im definitely coming back soon. Overall great experience even though it was for a buisness conference

Our room was nice. It was a little hot but overall everything was great! The food at Townsend was excellent!! The staff was amazing. The waygu pastrami was fire. The pool room was nice. Parking was great lots of spaces. My boyfriend and I had a 2 day stay and we really loved it there and we will be back.
