This property has earned my views for providing chilled drinks and water during a heat wave. My room was spacious and very clean. I had stylish bedding and the bed was very comfortable A big shout out to the staff for being responsive, pleasant and kind

Good items: more spacious rooms than others we stayed at in London; very good private parking area; bathroom was well renovated; 10 minute drive to Heathrow; Things to know: no elevator (older building with 2 floors); no air conditioning, and it was fairly warm so we left the window open (street was quiet and not a problem with noise over night); “breakfast” was very basic with only instant coffee available, packaged snacks and breakfast cereal, so we waited and had breakfast at Heathrow; we felt the bedding was clean but both wondered since it didn’t have the “crisp white” look of other hotels. We were charged a 20 pound deposit for the keys, which was returned when we checked out. Additional rules: no food or drinks in the room, shoes not to be worn in the rooms, which was a little odd. We were under the impression the place was being renovated and has the potential to be very nice. It was in a residential area & required a drive to find decent restaurants.

It wasn’t good at all, second day I went outside to meet a friend and gave the key back so I won’t lost it. When I came back and asked for the keys, she said we thought you have left already. I said I have booking for one more day. She already booked someone in my room their. What a night mare

Nice, old classy place, well kept with up to date furniture and a mini frig stocked with free snacks and drinks, but the advertised free self-parking is only in the street, which fills up quickly. They have a small front yard where a few vehicles can park after checking in for a cost of ten (10) British pounds.
