Great hotel, good location, carpark good Staff really friendly and helpful Food and dining was good, very good selection Swimming pool complex is really good, indoor and outdoor. Allways a queue for the lifts which wasn't good, and rooms could do with an update, no usb in rooms, which nowadays is a must for everyone. Rooms are clean and well serviced but just could do with bringing bang up to date. Overall excellent hotel Staff really good and helpful Food good Would recommend

We loved our stay at the Merton hotel. Child focused and very friendly. Excellent service and staff. Pool area was great and the breakfast was excellent. Brilliant and varied night entertainment. Good acts on for the adults and the young team who entertained the kids were very talented and really put everything into making sure they had fun.
