This place was full of bugs. Roaches, spiders, and moths were all in the room. Even for a cheap motel, this was unacceptable. Would not return.

You can tell that the everyone that works here takes a lot of pride in providing the best possible accomodations for every customer. It's just sad not all guest treat and give the rooms the respect towards others property that it deserves. I love this place. I look forward to my next visit!

The property is well located but the room we were given was extremely dirty, there were cockroaches in the living room and the kitchen. It was noisy and one of the employees was yelling at one of the guest. People were smoking outside of our door. We took videos of the cockroaches and when I showed it to a staff member she said it was strange because they get exterminators often and that she could not believe it.

Should never take 45 minutes to check in. Especially when you advertise the desk is open til 9pm, and there's not one thing on any page for expedia about a $250 deposit. Definitely womt be back, though location and room are good. How is it that a manager cant check someone in?

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but this stay was truly awful and people deserve to be warned. The moment we walked into the room, we knew something was wrong. The bed sheets had visible stains and even cigarette burns, which was completely unacceptable. The bathroom was just as bad, it was dirty, grimy, and clearly not cleaned before our arrival. The entire room felt unsafe, uncomfortable, and nothing like the photos advertised online. We immediately asked for a refund, but the property refused to take responsibility or offer any solution. This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had, and I would strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether.
