This was a great stay for a budget hotel. The proprietor was friendly and accommodating. The furnishings are quirky and old fashioned, but I found them fun. The Crest Lake Park is AMAZING for a morning walk with sea birds, a block away.

We booked Floridian Inn for July 4th booked same day. We truly enjoyed our stay at the Floridian Inn. This place is located just before the bridge to Get to Clearwater. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Gas station on the corner and picked up last minute items for snacks or drinks. The king sized room was spacious and had full kitchen, large fridge, microwave, table to eat, desk, a couch with cup Holders and comfy bed. Nice and clean room. Smelled good. Ac worked well! A short walk to the pool which was refreshing in the 90+ degree weather they had water shooters to play with a noodle to float and some chairs and loungers. Water was clean and truly Enjoyable. They have plenty of parking in front of the rooms. To the left of the pool is a nice sitting area with benches tables chairs and umbrellas. Front desk check in was easy and fast and check out was the same. Thank for your a great place to rest and enjoy the pool over the holiday weekend.

It was an older place with older decor but for the price of 83 a night (from expedia) it was a decent choice. It had more space than a hotel room with living/dining area and with a couch. It also had a kitchenette with some older pans and dishes for 2 or 3 people. There many restaurants and fast food places nearby and just a couple miles to Clearwater beach. It wasn't a perfect place but it was very functional for the price and located near alot of stores and food places and the interstate.

I had to ask for help to turn on the television, but the desk clerk came right up immediately and fixed it for me. The air conditioner wasn’t on when I entered the room, but it cooled the room quickly. The facilities are simple and clean. I appreciated that my room had a toaster.
