We had just checked out of a different property in Dunedin and were heading home. Sadly we had car troubles and needed to stay another night. Booked this last minute and wish we had stayed here for whole trip! Pristine property with underground parking. Kind employees and beautiful large room! Perfect location to walk downtown. We will definitely be back! Loved the little patio and welcome bag!

Room was very big, modern and clean. Very comfortable bed, generally quiet hotel. In the perfect area of downtown Dunedin, walkable to everything! Staff was very accommodating. Wish there were more amenities and they cleaned the rooms more often during the stay. I would stay there again!

We stayed at here 3 nights. The rooms are large with a pretty good size balcony for enjoying the complimentary coffee and muffins from the lobby. The room was immaculate! Beds and linens are comfortable. The location is excellent - walking distance to great restaurants and shopping. We didn’t get to use the pool area but it looked beautiful! Exceptionally friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for a stay in Dunedin.

Very beautiful property, very clean rooms and large rooms. Water bottles in the room, nice floors in the room…no carpeting, which I like. Pool area was clean but small. Coffee and a few snacks in the lobby in the morning. Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Parking was good, room was spacious, I needed a handicap accessible room and it was very comfortable. My only complaint is with the doors automatic opening. Several did not work, making getting around the hotel an issue. The doors are extremely heavy by design.
