All staff in the hotel were wonderful. They were very kind to my family & our children. They helped us and picked the perfect rooms very close to the pool so the kids could have a great time. I wish we lived local & would definitely stay again is we are in the area.

The room itself was fantastic - very spacious, clean, and well taken care of both days of our stay. Breakfast was a high point as well - great selection, clean, and plenty of places to sit. Walking distance to the arch, short driving distance to the zoo and the Aquarium. The valet parking was a nice convenience, but crowded - make sure to plan extra time if you are using this.

If you know Embassy Suites you know what to expect 2 room suites, clean rooms good breakfast and professional staff. Parking is a bit expensive but that's a part of downtown hotels. However the parking is Valet only so plan your departures with a buffer so they can retrieve your car.
