We arrived after midnight. Check in was great. The room had an odd odor like they had sprayed with room fresheners. It’s an older building but the beds were comfortable and that’s all we needed after a long day of travel.

Cleanliness was an issue for the stairs and hallway areas. While the room was nice, the bathroom had cleanliness issues. To be fair, the building had experienced an issue with some type water leak or flooding and dehumidifiers were placed around the building, but areas mentioned were still in need of attention. Priya at the front desk was awesome!!

Rooms and facilities were clean. It was nice that the exercise equipment worked-hotels often say they have a fitness room but the equipment does not work. This hitel had an excellent fitness room. The staff was pleasant and responded promptly to any requests. We will stay there again.

We got to the property and it had some sketchy vibes to it. The pool was closed for maintenance and we were not told beforehand. It was very unfortunate since that was what my kids were looking forward to the most. The facility seemed unclean, not filthy, but kinda gross feeling. The staff was helpful and offered other things to do in the area since the pool was closed for maintenance. They were kind enough to get us adjoining rooms as well.
