Fantastic staff - reception, cleaners and bar staff especially. Room was well appointed and cleaned to a high standard. Pool bar was understaffed on a couple of occasions but this was addressed our last couple of days where more staff became available. BBQ buffet was great value and in a nice peaceful environment. In my opinion this should be an adult only hotel as pool area was not suitable for children jumping around.

The room and property was very clean. I got club access which was beneficial. I got to use the lounge for drinks, relaxation and pre-dinner snacks. The breakfast buffet was complete and full of variety. The rooftop pool was lovely and I used it a few times. Walking distance to the main area of St Julian. Let’s stay here again.

2 out of 4 nights of my stay there were children in the indoor pool even though it was supposed to be 14+ only after 6pm. This was quite annoying. The jacuzzi was also not operational for the whole week I was there. Staff were very friendly. Room was very spacious and an excellent location. Just slightly let down by things within their control.

My overall stay at Hyatt Centric was excellent! The hotel was very clean, modern, and centrally located, which made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and other nearby attractions. Housekeeping came daily, and I had the pleasure of meeting Angel, who cleaned my room. She was an exceptional housekeeper. She was friendly, attentive, and did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless. The front desk staff was also extremely helpful and always greeted me with a smile. The only downside was that the outdoor pool was always very crowded, so unfortunately I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. However, I visited during a busy season, so I completely understand, and this was certainly not the hotel’s fault. I did book a spa treatment during my stay, which gave me access to the spa amenities, including the indoor pool, so I was still able to enjoy some relaxing pool time. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would absolutely stay at Hyatt Centric again. The cleanliness, location, and excellent staff made it a great choice!

If I visit Malta, this hotel would definitely be on the list. It was my partners 30th and our anniversary, the staff went above and beyond to make things extra special. There was a lot of variety for breakfast, we didn’t have dinner but the bar/restaurant menu did look great! The pool/spa facilities and gym were equally great. Thank you for a great stay.

Excellent hotel, very friendly staff. A special thanks to Pauline and Shivam at the reception. Both were very courteous and immediately helped us when we had to move our room. The breakfast is excellent compared to mainland Europe with the variety of freshly cooked food and fresh orange juice. The Club lounge is also good value, especially the wine and afternoon tea between 3-5pm. Overall an amazing place to stay in Malta.
