Perfect home base in Cruz Bay! Staff were great, restaurant was very good and well-priced, rooms were simple and had everything we needed. The free off-street parking is a huge bonus if you have a rental car. Can’t be happier with our weeklong stay.

Ideal location and exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are basic but clean and a real bargain for St. John. The courtyard is lovely and a nice place to sit and have a drink and/or relax. Appreciated the free use of snorkels, fins, etc. I would definitely stay here again.

The breakfast menu was great. The free continental breakfast is a small offering but the regular breakfast is great…and very convenient. The dinner menu is very specialized and would not be attractive to most folks. But there are many restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are clean and comfortable but very basic.
