The staff was nice and helpful, however, the room was OK, quite old looking, stains on the carpet, rust on the radiator, basic needs met.

We liked the bed, which was clean, comfortable and had great pillows. Location near restaurants and the ferries was a plus for us. The entire facility is an old motel which has been refurbished to an acceptable degree. The pool and hot tub were not open.

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for us and gave us plenty of space to spread out for the couple days that we were in St Ignace. The room was spacious and clean. The carpet was the only thing I thought could be updated, but didn't look too dirty. The staff we saw were friendly. The pool and hot tub appeared well maintained and clean. The breakfast was pretty basic with muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt, bananas, and oranges. They had some cheese omelettes and a waffle maker for some hot options too. I would stay here again when in the area. Also the 2 bedroom suites don't have balconies but I believe most of the rest of the rooms do.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient to Shepler's ferry. The pool and hot tub were closed, which was disappointing since that was one of the amenities that we were looking for to using.
