The restaurant was the only thing we were disappointed with. Slow service and food delivered cold. Maybe they were short staffed so we will definitely give it another try.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. Very accommodating, they let us check in early. Free drink tickets for night of arrival. The free shuttle bus was awesome to take to St.Ignace and avoid the parking lots and fees at the ferry docks! Shuttle bus driver was super friendly.

The rooms and hotel are very clean. Check-in was quick and easy with a friendly staff. The bartenders were a bit on the grumpy side and all the tables and tables were closed. That would have been nice to know when we made the reservation.

The Kewadin St. Ignace is a very clean casino and hotel. The people in a smaller town seem to be more friendly and personable than in some of the larger city places I have attended. Beautiful area in the U.P. of Michigan. Only slight negative is the lack of eating facilities. Only one restaurant and one deli that is often closed.

Quiet, clean, smoke free. Checked in 8:30. Hoped to find some food on premises. Thought there would be since it was a casino. However, the deli closed early and did not inform the hotel front desk. Easy check in.
