The room was clean as far as I could tell. The bathroom was so small that you had to move around the toilet to close the door on the olive green toilet and tub with a white bottom and a green mat to cover some of it. Screen was all ripped on patio door. Curtains had holes all throughout-husband said that was our starlight view.

Breakfast was pretty lean, had their breakfast the first day, I was hungry an hour later. The second day went out to Fred's Up Dining & Truck Stop for a full breakfast, that carried me until dinner time. The jacuzzi was "out for the season", its August - this is the season! The bathroom throne is very small, its like a medieval torture device...draw your own conclusions. The good... very quiet, helpful staff, easy to get to, hot water, comfortable bed.

Property was not maintained. Dirty rooms and pool was not in use. Looked like it had been years since the pool was closed and they have no plans to remodel it. The whole place was just run down and horrible. Having access to a balcony from our room was nice to see the Lakefront view. That was the only good thing about our stay and probably the only reason people pay the money to stay here.

Staff were nice at check in. Continental breakfast was ok. My room was the problem it smelled like straight mold and the air conditioning needs a major deep clean. The place needs updating it’s not very well maintained. It’s a good enough place if you really needed a place fast and last minute. You definitely get what you pay for!

The outdoor pool is out of service. The room had dead flies and a ton of spider webs. The mattresses are awful and no mattress protectors on them. Best thing was good water pressure in the shower. Disgusting - spent the whole night worrying about bed bugs. Railing rickety on balcony.

My stay was pleasurable... It's hard to keep places free of seasonal flying bugs, and I'm no phobe...the lake was almost glass...2 geese families grazed the yard this morning until dog walker came. Still cool to see them all swimming together on the lake to escape. Recommend to stay here.

It was ok and staff and view were very nice . Room was clean. Pool not open, one lamps was broken as was clock with all the outlets, so outlets were sparse. It was clean but area in front of water could’ve been better maintained, compared to nearby properties. Breakfast was sorely lacking. Probably won’t stay here again.

Do not go here bc the pool was closed and looked like it hasn't been used in years and the beach wasn't really a beach it was all messed up with rocks and not really cleaned up chairs were in the water and the staff were ok and the price was expensive and the fire pit didn't look like it's pictures but he rooms were good over all just don't go here go next door or to a days in at least they had a indoor pool that worked

The hotel just opened for the season. My room with a balcony had new carpeting, curtains, bathroom remodel, a new chair and a screen door. New upgraded parking lot. The lampshades need replaced. There is a kid’s (younger) play ground. The lower floors don’t have screen doors so I would bring a magnetic screen door and put it in the door frame. Pool not open yet, damaged during the rough winter. Would call ahead to see if it was opened.
