L'appartamento è situato in una posizione strategica, vicino all'uscita per la zona dell' Appenzell ma anche vicino al centro. Tutto era molto pulito e in ordine, dentro casa c'è tutto: phon, pentole, padelle, calici per il vino, lavastoviglie, detersivi, forno,macchina del caffè con capsule...... L'unico punto sfavorevole è che non è sempre facile trovare parcheggio...ma nom è stato un grande problema.
