Our stay here was very pleasant. We did not want to leave. Our room and the large living room were very comfortable. There is no control of the AC but it was definitely cool. The pool was great to use on those hot days. They have paid attention to all the little details.This home is set in a quiet reseidential neighborhood. Walking distance to the lake. Perfect little get away. We will be coming back!

This 1925? house is so cool, updated and tastefully decorated! The host was so accommodating and when we chatted suggested places to go that were just perfect. Her dog is the sweetest and so is she, I would definitely stay here again! Two blocks from the lakefront in St Cloud, the location was peaceful quiet, but friendly. Thank you for everything, I would love to come back sometime. God bless you!

Long post but i hope helpful to others. We usually stay in hotels but the closest nice one to St. Cloud was a Marriott 40min away, next time i'll make the drive. We booked this last minute to come see some nearby animal parks. The $65/nite was ok so i booked. This is a 1935 house under renovations. It's going well, the renovations are nice. I suggest you finish them and sell; you don't know how to be hosts. The directions to get in were clear, the inside was nice and clean. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 bath. very glad room #2 was not rented. i'm 5' tall and the bed in room #1 was so high i had to climb on top and flip over to sleep. our room was too warm, i called the number provided from my husbands phone and a woman with a Spanish accent screamed in the phone. "do not call this number again"...ok, i called from my phone, same thing. So i had to contact them through the Expedia messaging email. They advertise A/C...yep but you DO NOT control it, they do. I had to message about the a/c 4 times to get an answer that they would send housekeeping, never happened. The TV in the common room didn't work, the remote batteries were corroded, again, no fix. The table top ice maker was dirty and did not work. They advertised laundry, but nope, no facility. No bottled water, as advertised, a pitcher in a fridge, not for me. to access the pool you go outside and down the sidewalk, weird, didn't use it. Decent reno not complete, but you really need to work on host skills. Renters be careful

Lugar bonito el baño se comparte con el otro cuarto eso lo de ven de notificar desde el principio ...para el área de la piscina no avía toallas...la cocina está en remodelación la maquinita de hielo casi no hacía...El staff ningún contacto le escribí por privado y por la aplicación y nada... PD... Lo del baño deben dejarlo saber antes de hacer la reservación...
