stayed here 2 nights with my fiancé for a small getaway to St. Augustine. this hotel was conveniently close to everything which was a plus, the room was good, clean, the breakfast was ok it definitely could have had more selection but you get what you paid for. i’d definitely consider booking here again if i was in town again for a short stay.

A nice and well maintained hotel. Conveniently located on the main road close to historical downtown. Has free parking a pool and a gym as well. Staff in very serviceminded and helpful. Continental breakfast. We will come back to this hotel when in the area.

Exceptionally clean rooms and hallway , which is the first thing We look for in a hotel. Parking is free and convenient and spacious. Nice little 'on the go breakfast', Need your own car or uber to go the main historic city area. Reception staff are helpful.

We enjoyed our stay here. Located just 7 min drive from the fort where we parked and explored. Also found several restaurants in a walking distance. We stayed with kids and loved hot tub and pool after a day of sightseeing. Place was super clean and stuff was nice. I loved the coffee machine in the lobby. The only thing I wish breakfast had more options like sausage, pastry or fruit for those who don’t like eggs and cereal

The facility was clean and inviting and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean overall, the attention to the supplies in the bathroom could have been better. There was a full bottle of shampoo that was not open at could not be opened by anyone staying in the room. However, this was the only problem I had and I would stay again for the great location and overall great experience.

The lady at the front desk Shantal, was extremely helpful and polite. She gave us the secrets to enjoying the town and the goodies and services around town. Very Well mannered staff overall and very clean facilities. Apparently they have just opened up about 4-5 months ago.

I was in the hotel for 3 days and none of these day the room was cleaned and the towels changed. The last day was a really nasty smell coming out of the bathroom drain. Breakfast was so poor. the menu was poor. There wasn't anything to make waffles or pancakes, no hamburger or sausages; there was only one type of bread and just a single toaster leading to long time waiting for guests to use it. as of protein, there were only small, pre-made tortillas with cheese and pepper. For those of us who are lactulose intolerant, or don't like peppers in tortillas, there wasn't even any other option for at least plain scramble eggs. The pool I don't use it because it was a little bit dirty and too small for the capacity of the hotel.

Disappointing Stay — Not What We Expected From Marriott Our biggest issue during our stay was the complete lack of hot water, at least in Room 311 on the third floor. This was supposed to be a special anniversary stay, and given that this is a Marriott property, we expected a certain level of quality and service. We called the front desk the first time and nobody answered. When we called again, the host answered and told us someone would be there within 30 minutes to check the hot water. Unfortunately, no one ever came—no knock on the door, no follow-up call, no explanation, and no resolution. There were several other disappointments as well. The bed was not particularly comfortable, and we encountered black racers on the property. The breakfast could also use some improvement. There were only three cereal options, a plain bagel or English muffin, with butter and cream cheese available. Plain or veg mini omelette.The coffee was standard, but there weren’t many options for customizing it—only Coffee-mate was available. We also did not see housekeeping during our Friday–Sunday stay. We were told rooms are serviced every three days and that we could call if we needed anything, which is understandable, but given the overall experience, the lack of proactive service was noticeable. Overall, the stay was disappointing, especially considering it was meant to be an anniversary getaway. We expected more from a Marriott property and hope management takes this feedback seriously.
