Location was great room dirty and definitely wasn’t vacuumed im assuming due to the underwear I found in the ground or the but the location is second from the beach so it’s just a place to lay your head rather questionable at night in the property as swell

I was nervous based on some reviews that I saw but it exceeded our expectations! Very clean and nice, especially for the price. I didn’t even realize when booking they had a pool. Easy 5-10min walk to the beach & local restaurants/bars. Will definitely book again :)

Perfect location, St Augustine Beach across the street. Restaurants next to property and convenience store. Rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Pool was nice and refreshing if you don't go in the ocean. Staff was very friendly. Will stay again.

Hotel location is excellent. AC worked good. Beds were good. The first night our neighbor decided to have a party outside his room from 1 am to 4 am until the hotel staff told him to keep it down. I appreciate the staff did that because I did not want to confront him. I would stay again in this hotel.
