This was a very cute inn to stay in. The staff was very helpful, especially the gentleman serving breakfast, who was able to give us a history of the area. The view of the water is beautiful. The only downside was a slight musty odor in the room. Other than that, great stay!

A few small repair items to the room would make it near perfect. Otherwise there is not too much to complain about here. Wonderful waterfront views of St. Augustine, excellent staff and service, very nice breakfast with views of the Bridge of Lions located very close to everything. Our second stay there and would return again.

The view from our room was the absolute best part of our stay at the Edgewater Inn. The Inn is quaint and could definitely use some updating (chipped deck, cracks in the ceiling, etc), but overall is a pleasant stay. The room we stayed in could have used a good mopping and a wipe down in some areas, but the bed was comfortable and the ac worked perfectly. The views are amazing (day and night) and it’s in such a close proximity to all that Saint Augustine has to offer.
