Very good, quiet, location in downtown St Augustine. New hotel with experienced staff. Very comfortable for business or pleasure. 3 doors down is the very good St Augustine Fish Camp. Worth the 5 min walk.

We had adjoining rooms and they were spacious, clean and comfortable. There were plenty of towels. My only suggestion would be somewhere else to hang those hangers by the door and fix the ice machine on 3. Breakfast was decent for the price and the area was clean. We ate on the patio. Female bartender was hilarious, unfortunately I can't remember her name. She made up an interesting Frocktale for my sister.

Loved that it was new. Smelled Amazing...Shouldn't have to pay for $22 a night parking if you got a room and staying at the hotel. Staff was friendly. Hotel was Modern and Clean.

Modern clean environment with helpful staff. Walking distance from downtown stores, restaurants and entertainment. Parking was $22 per night, per car. The pillows were very uncomfortable; created some muscular skeletal issues. Rooms were cleaned every other day.

Everything was excellent except breakfast service. There were plenty staff members assigned to the breakfast area although they seemed lost. Buffet items missing replenishment, missing condiments and lack of attention. Other than that the stay was w and the front desk staff was very helping and ready to help. Recommend this hotel!
