Very easy check in. Although it is an older building/motel, it was very clean, easy access to internet and TV. The towels were changed the 2nd day and the room was very clean. Highly recommend as you receive great value for the cost.

We only stayed the 1 night, but we were very comfortable. Clean room with everything you’d need, except a coffee machine. ( Tim Hortons right across the street). This motel was just a little far to WALK to down town and the water front. There seemed to be plenty of parking all over. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This place is a charming spot!! Quiet, but convenient location. The bed was very comfy. Very good shower pressure. Great to have a mini fridge and microwave. The person that checked us in was friendly and very kind. We will definitely stay at The Greenside Motel again.

The word "motel" often conjures pictures of a cheap and seedy place, but the Greenside Motel could not have been further from that image. What a LOVELY place to spend the night. Visiting from the U.S. with two old friends, I had lots of questions and some hiccups with the reservation, but I was assisted every step of the way by Daniel who was both patient and kind. We were pleasantly surprised to receive an upgraded room upon our arrival and a text before check-in that detailed everything we needed. We found the suite to be spacious and meticulously clean (including the microwave, no small feat!). The bathroom was modern, sleek, and the bedroom was very comfortable (I told my friend "this is the coziest bed I've ever slept in" and meant it!) Despite a noticeable tilt in the floor between the entrance and the living room (which I only note so that my review does not come across as unrealistically glowing) the entire stay and experience was lovely. I would 100% stay again. Easy, affordable and relaxing.

It is an older motel built probably in the 1960's. The rooms are smallish. It was probably quite beautiful back in the day. One can see that the property needs attention . . . the little fence at the entrance is rotten; the stone figurines have decayed; the asphalt driveway has sunk in a few places, etc. What is to be admired . . . the incredible variety of trees creating a glorious shade over the property on those hot days . . . it is out of the way and yet just minutes from the main drag . . . Tim's is a hop & skip away . . The bathroom was immaculate; no complaints there . . . the staff is super nice and speak good english . . . I needed a boost and the owner was there in minutes with cables . . . what more could one ask? I would stay there again.
