Setup of room was nice liked the separate rooms, only drawbacks were the air-conditioning was loud like most of these places and didn't really cool it down enough, oh and the water pressure was non existentant, and the lady that checked us in was very slow, and not very with it had to repeat things multiple times.

Bathrooms are small and showers could use updating/cleaned better. Bed was super comfortable and we slept well. Price was too much honestly, over $200 on. Saturday night. We only paid it bc it was across the street from the hospital our 18yo was in after suffering a stroke.

This is the best hotel we’ve stayed at in a long time. Staff was friendly, the room was very clean and quiet, the bed was super comfortable, and the location was great for everything we wanted to do. We have found our new place to stay on our return trips to Springfield.
