Loved how clean and low key the place was! Everyone we encountered was friendly. The room was not only spacious but was setup well. The only issue I had was with the tv going back to the default setting when turned off anfd the channel selections were a bit small.

The room was spacious. Staff were friendly and helped when needed. The air conditioner was very loud in the room of the suite, which was bothersome to sleeping. The fridge also made a loud humming noise periodically. The tub didn’t drain well and there was an odd stain at the bottom of the tub but otherwise the water pressure was nice, towels were clean and aplenty. Breakfast was good and well stocked.

Breakfast was pretty good, the rooms were clean and well maintained. They did charge a $5 parking fee that wasn’t mentioned. Not a huge fan of that. Especially since they didn’t ask me if I parked there and any info about my vehicle.

We really liked the Residence Inn of Springfield. It was a very nice property. The rooms we had were very roomy and clean. The property was well taken care of and in a great location! The staff was nice and easy to work with. It is a comfortable place to stay!
