We stayed here during the Big E for 1 night. a perfect drive, 10 ish minutes right to the main entrance. check in was smooth, rooms were clean. breakfast was great, we used the pool as well! free parking as well!! everything was really good, i would definitely stay here again!!

Although the hotel could use a refresh in some areas, it was clean and spacious. Lots of options at breakfast. Staff was really nice and helpful. It is close to the highway so although not very noisy, I would not call it quiet. Within walking distance to the Basketball Hall of Fame. Short drive to the Big E Fair.

Our door from the hall to the room was missing the bottom threshold plate which left about an inch and a half exposed. We were near the elevator which made it quite noisy at times. We had to stuff a towel to close the gap. Breakfast was varied and fresh.

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel is pet friendly, but still nice and quiet. It is conveniently located near downtown. My family and I all enjoyed staying here.

So clean and looked like new! I got a king suite and it was so spacious! Very friendly staff! Free Breakfast was good! Make your own waffles. Seating area to eat is beautiful with a big tv. Local to lots of things. View of Basket ball Hall of Fame right across the street. Indoor pool was very nice and clean. Plenty of seating. Only drawbacks were parking was very tight and noisy because it's near the highway. But it is Springfield so what do you want? Would definitely go back again! Price was really good for everything we got!

What I like about this hotel was the breakfast time. I also like that it was so clean, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. I really love that they respect when the sign was at the door do not disturb. The only thing I didn’t like was the pool there was mold on the walls and ceiling. And some of the ceiling was falling out so I was scared it was going to fall to me and my kids. But overall I had a great experience I will definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you

The room was clean and spacious. Check-in was fast and early. The only thing to complain about was breakfast. Few healthy options and I didn't like that the plates, silverware, etc were throw away. To be more sustainable, real dishes would be less wasteful.
