Friendly and welcoming staff, from the front desk to the cleaning services. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety of options. Only negative is that When there are larger groups the noise from the bar and lounge is loud and echos up into the rooms.

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Sabrina at the front desk was extremely helpful and friendly. She knew who I was somehow when we checked in and remembered me whenever I saw her. She’s definitely a 5 star employee!

STAFF WAS TRULY OUTSTANDING! They go above and beyond to make your stay great! The breakfast and kickback are amazing as you just don't get that anywhere else. A wonderful gathering point and met some great folks there and both breakfast and kickback are well attended. The rooms were excellent!

This was the first time my husband and I stayed with Drury Inn and we were very impressed. We were in Springfield for a low key weekend to visit the Lincoln sites and spend some time at the hotel to unwind each day. We loved that they offer a full breakfast, and dinner. Complimentary adult drinks were a bonus as well. We are not usually drinkers, but we did take advantage of this benefit at least once to celebrate our anniversary while we were there. The hotel was very clean, the staff was very friendly and excellent about keeping fresh food available during meal times. We are already looking forward to booking our next trip (wherever that may be) with a Drury Inn. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place that offers at least breakfast. The room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable as well.

Clean room , pet friendly , rooms were tight but functional , great mattress and clean beds and bath area most importantly. Staff was very kind and friendly … it was humid inside when we arrived but we turned up the ac and it helped . Great stay
