Great location in old town, with everything in walking distance. I was afraid it would get loud at night but I didn’t notice a sound from outside. Staff were nice when present, rooms were basic but fulfilled everything I needed. Room sound proofing wasn’t great as I could sometimes hear the next and above rooms, check in and out was a bit different from what I was expecting due to no one at the front desk but it worked out. This also made it difficult to find as there’s multiple apartment hotels nearby. For the price compared to competition I have to rate this 5 stars.

This is the perfect spot to explore Split on foot from. The rooms are comfortable with good air conditioning. There are many dining options nearby, as well as lots of sight-seeing and tourism spots to explore.

Great spot!

Lovely little spot right in the heart of Old town split! Just a few steps away from great restaurants and all of the sites. We were there during a heat wave, and the air conditioning was fabulous in our room! Anna Maria at the front desk was lovely and gave us lots of tips on places to go and things to do while we were in town.

Perfect location in the Old Town area, steps from restaurants and shops, minutes from the Riva, yet the property is so quiet and peaceful. Lovely courtyard in front with table and chairs under olive trees. Our room had its own patio which was perfect for relaxing after a busy day of touristing. Our room was cozy but with enough room for two of us to be quite comfortable for the several days that we were there. Good WiFi, great A/C, good sized fridge, kitchenette with everything we needed. Staff were friendly and very accomodating. Highly recommend! We will stay there again if we return to Split!

The front desk staff was very attentive. The room was compact but clean and fresh. We really enjoyed our stay there... including the patio seats outside and how quiet it was inside the walls and yet just a step out to all that the Old Town had to offer. We would definitely go back.

Theatre Luxury Rooms is a fantastic property, conveniently located in center of Split. Walking distance to all the attractions as well as the bus station and the ferry port. The hotel itself is quaint, clean, and well managed. The staff member I encountered, Anna Maria, was very friendly and accommodating. Could not have asked for a better experience. I liked this hotel so much I stayed there on two separate occasions. Highly recommend this hotel!

Only problem is no front desk until 2pm and then behind an unlabelled door. In fact no plaque anywhere to identify the apartment and VERY difficult to find. Had to ask neighboring business and only one had a clue. Otherwise quiet and well situated.
