The staff treated us exceptionally well. They upgraded us to the penthouse, packed us an incredible breakfast that was ready for us at 4:30 am so we could catch our flight. They were so friendly and supportive the whole time. It’s located right in the heart of old town, quiet, clean, and has great amenities. So happy we chose here. Highly recommend.

What a pleasant surprise ! Greeted by Maria who was beyond helpful , assisted with our airline check in and went above and beyond . We were walked to the ATM so we knew which to use so as not to be overcharged . The property is a great location to everything in the Palace area ! Clean and fantastic breakfast options that are included . Would not hesitate to book again ! Great terrace to relax and read or use the jacuzzi !
