The property is so beautiful! A little confusing to get to inside the palace once there every single staff member helped. We had a very nice gentleman help with luggage as there were stairs leading to the room. The room itself transports you to another era. I highly recommend this location.

Overall a good stay just walking up multiple flights of stairs was difficult as there’s no elevator. Breakfast was nothing special and needs more choice. Location was perfect ! Staff were all top notch ! I’d stay there again due to the staff and location.

While the hotel was a bit hard to find and requires you carry your luggage up several flights of non-air conditioned stairs, the actual room was beautiful, modern, and definitely air conditioned. It’s in a very convenient location right in the middle of Diocletian’s Palace! Mijo met us at our door within two minutes of us calling him about our arrival and was very helpful. This place has lots of character.

The Gothic Hotel in Diocletian’s Palace in Split, Croatia was a wonderful place to stay. The gentleman who helped us with our bags and showed us to our room was very nice. He made sure we had a map of the area and clearly explained where we could enjoy breakfast. He thoroughly answered our questions. As for location, it was perfect! Beware: rooms are on the third floor in this historical building and there is no elevator.

Perfect location in the palace grounds for restaurants anywhere in Old Town. The restaurant for breakfast a few steps away was excellent...again amazing service there as well. I highly recommend the Gothic Palace would stay there again.

This place was simply gorgeous! It's right in the center of Old Town and is so perfectly located by all of the attractions. Very close to the shore, while still being nestled in with the Old Town excitement. Plenty of shops and museums and restaurants to enjoy and the view from the room was absolutely unbeatable. Would highly recommend!

The hotel is in the perfect location in Old Split. Very walkable to the Riva and the different sightseeing options in and around old Split. The hotel is also equally close to all the tourist and local restaurants. Also very close to the ferry terminals to go to the other islands and the bus terminals.
