Apartment was clean, nice size room and balcony, working wifi and an ok distance to the old town - 20 min walk although uphill at points which made it a struggle if going back and forth multiple times in a day or multiple days in a row. Close to beaches though, and staff were nice and helpful. We were disappointed with a few things - towels provided seemed well used and crisp rather than soft so could use replacing, shower also took a long time to heat and a lack of tv channels other than 4 or 5 main croatian ones. Lighting in the room was not good as only bright lights - a bedside lamp would help for night time. Finally the walls seemed thin, our room connected to stairs so could hear other guests climbing up and down quite loudly, talking etc. Sea view was nice but also had a view of rubbish dump in the back. Overall though for price we paid, it was good value for money.

We absolutely loved our stay here! Upon arrival Dora met us at the front door and showed us our room. She gave us a map of Split and pointed out places nearby to eat and what to go see. Everything inside the room was very clean and tidy. The view from our room and balcony was stunning! It’s also a very short walk to the beach. The pool was lovely and very clean. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Split!

Charming room with a great view!

The room was very clean and the view was incredible. My only complaint was the check in process. It wasn’t clear what to do when we arrived. We didn’t know which was our room and there was no one there to greet us. Once the gentleman arrived he was extremely friendly and helpful. But it would have been good to know how it would work beforehand as we were tired from travel and got a bit nervous when no one was there to greet us.

The apartment was well equipped - bonus to have a washing machine too! And wonderful for the kids to have a pool. Dora, the young woman who welcomed us was so helpful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The only down side was the shower sometimes took a very long time to heat up and the water pooled a wee bit at the bottom, but other than that it was an awesome place to stay!

Good stay.very close to beach and few restaurants around. And a spar very close by.The owner was very good, only problem is parking.the parking infrond of the housing were free,but full all the time and very difficult to find an empty parking space. The apartment is very clean.bedroom has no air condition and gets warm in night.
