“I first stayed there 3 years ago. At that time a language barrier made it challenging but we did it. This time my language was much better. The included breakfast was excellent and they checked to make sure everything was good. Room was very clean and tidy. I will stay there again. ”

“Great location and helpful (mostly English speaking) reception staff. One thing to note is that the car park access requires reception to open the barrier. The night staff (just after 8pm) wouldn’t let us in as he couldn’t find our booking. Despite the fact that I showed him our key! Eventually sorted but a challenge.”

“This was the worst hotel we stayed in in Poland - We booked and paid for breakfast, but did not get breakfast on first morning, got breakfast in a paper bag the 2nd morning, which consisted of meat (for a vegetarian) and included no coffee (milk and meat products were standing in front of the room door without cooling at the height of the heat wave), no breakfast on the 3rd morning. - We would have preferred to change the accommodation to go somewehre with proper breakfast service, as food...

“L’hôtel AMI est bien situé dans un quartier calme pas trop loin de la rue Krupówki. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Sofia qui répond toujours présente pour nous renseigner.
