“When I arrived I was told by the owner that he didn't receive an update from Expedia because his internet isn't working properly. After standing there for a while, he called me back and said that if I could wait 1 hr, he would give me a room for the night. Bear in mind I paid for 2 nights but he said Expedia didn't charge the right amount. I sent him my receipt and then told him I need my 2 nights. He stuck to the 1 one night offer and 1hr wait. “Water was unavailable on multiple days and was unable to get in contact with ground man to turn on back up system. Unit is extremely hot and ac wasn’t powerful enough.”

“The home was authentic Jamaican, gated and secure. I arrived late in the day with an emerging dental emergency. The next morning this required immediate attention. The Hostess Tamara walked with me to a nearby Dental Centre to be successfully treated. As I returned and departed for the International Airport, the host Shane taxied me to the airport for a flat $25 rate as advertised, (airport taxis were asking for $35-$45 for the same transport.)
