Fabulous Plumbing GEM in Southampton. We will definitely stay here again, Property is clean and it’s like having your one bedroom apartment we chose a room on the second floor, kitchen at bathroom everything great. They have fresh coffee in the lobby each morning. That was really good. Even the towels are great quality. Thumbs up all the way around. We’ll stay here again. The pictures don’t do it justice

We stayed here a year ago, and when we decided to drive out to the Hamptons, this was our no-brainer choice. It's not a luxury resort, but you're not gonna pay luxury prices. The "room" is truly a suite, with a large living room, which includes a kitchenette -- and a full size refrigerator, not the typical mini. The room is clean, modern and quiet. (we prefer the upper level). Our only negative is that it's really at the very start of what most people consider The Hamptons, so it's a drive -- sometimes considerable -- to get to most places.

Staff was very friendly. Concept of changing an old motel into new, stylish rooms was great. Hard to sleep with the amount of noises from the AC units and other rooms. Not the best smelling rooms either. Good stay for the price.

Enjoyed our stay in the king suite, plenty of space for parents and two kids. 1st floor close to pool, although it rained all day. The staff was helpful when we needed extra pillows and comforters. The king bed was super comfortable. The pull out sofa mattress was a little on the thin side and you can feel the springs in the mattress on your back. We got an extra comforter and folded it up and placed it on the pull out sofa mattress and it was much better. Kids didn’t seem to mind after that. Our stay was great. Would recommend for family of four. It’s got an outdoor sitting area and our room was close to the pool. The decor was also very tranquil.
