Friendly staff very cordial and helpful. We had issues with the AC in our assigned room but were quickly moved to one that worked. That AC dripped and flooded the floor overnight and again staff were quick to resolve by moving us to another room. Access to beach is convenient as well as being close to food and groceries.

The staff was very friendly and willing to help with getting situated. The pool area was nice and clean and even had propane grills that were very clean and well maintained. The rooms were very spacious and very well kept. Only complaint is parking was hard to find, especially on the weekend with a bar being located across the street even though parking permits are provided to hotel guests to display

Rooms not clean up to Hilton standard, shower water had no pressure. The bed I used to sleep had a funky smell, like it wasn’t changed prior to we arriving. Breakfast was good, different variety on the days we stayed. Front desk guy charged twice for the stay.

This used to be an old Howard Johnson location, the rooms are huge. The amenities are perfect and it is within walking distance of all of the great restaurants on the strip. Very quiet, comfortable rooms awesome beds staff is awesome. Not one single complaint. I would stay there again and again.

The room was great lots of room. The room and hotel were clean! The only thing is they only give you one parking pass, when I asked for another the front desk girl got upset and turned rude. Other than that it was a great place! Breakfast is good too!

The room was very clean. The property overall was well maintained with the exception of the elevators. They weren’t swept or mopped during the entire 5 days we were there. Also we had to request housekeeping for our room to get fresh towels and trash cans emptied. Even though the sign said there’s room attendance every other day. Overall we enjoyed our stay. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here when we return to South Padre Island.
