We had a wonderful stay at Margaritaville! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, with plenty of great options to enjoy throughout our stay. What really made the experience special was the staff—they were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their excellent customer service made us feel right at home. We had a fantastic time and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The vibe is great and you get right into the vacation mode. The staff is super friendly and attentive. The room was very clean and not worn out. The access to the beach is great and you can also rent sun chairs and umbrellas if necessary. The only minus is the bar and grill. I can not imagine to eat there daily for an extended period of time. But there are other good restaurants on that island.

The room had several cleanliness issues, including a dirty comforter and a shower/bathroom that needed a thorough cleaning. The towels also had an unpleasant odor. On the positive side, the beach access was excellent and one of the highlights of our stay. The pool was decent, but overall the condition of the room did not meet expectations.
