Old & dated carpets, elevatir was sketch, comforter had rips & ac smelled like cigarette snoke when it kicked in (new filter needed, esp if previous guests were allowed to smoke). Pool & hot tub was only open for 5hrs of our 2night stay... and Im pretty sure it's because I kept asking if it was open yet. The hot tub was the literal reason why we booked here. Breakfast was free.

The room was in good condition with cleanliness. However, there were 4 of us and only two towels and no conditioner. Also, we arrived to hotel around 4pm and couldn't get into room until a little after 5pm. We were given pool access while we waited.

The Sleep Inn is in need of renovation. The carpet, walls, etc. are dirty and worn out. The staff was friendly. The location is in good proximity to the toll road and many good restaurants. Just needs to be fixed up.

Property is definitely run down in some areas. Elevator was broken for the duration of our stay. Breakfast buffet had some decent options but the juice machine was also broken. Room was clean, but the bed was not the most comfortable and the walls are quite thin. We had to ask for toilet paper, as it wasn't restocked before our arrival. Highlight was the pool and hot tub, though the jets were malfunctioning so they weren't worth using. Wasn't a leisure trip for us, just a weekend stayover while we finished a favor for some family - can't complain too much with that context. Definitely wouldn't recommend it as vacation lodgings, but if you're just passing through it'll get you by.

The value of price is good considering the complimentary breakfast, good distance from parking, and the beds are comfortable than others, and indoor pool is great. They should be more handycap aware but otherwise a better value than econolodge.

Room and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Shower faucet is a disaster - no way to control temperature separately. practically no water pressure has comfortable temp. Comfortable pressure has hotter than hell water. terrible design. Everything else about hotel was fine.

The hotel definitely needs a good cleaning and some updating. It was a place to sleep while my teenage daughter went to a music concert at Notre Dame. At check in they didn’t even ask for identification. Just my name and gave me a room key. Curtains were stained. But the room overall was clean. It was expensive for the quality of the hotel, but the location was convenient.
