The staff was excellent. The hallways on floor 8 was terrible the carpet was rippled that could cause a trip hazard. The room was ok ,nice and comfortable. Didn't like the sliding bathroom door . They didnt have the pool open said ther renovating it.which sucked. There was a advertisement that said they had shuttle service for the ACDC Concert free there and back ,but they didnt, so we had to take a cab at $20 per person so there were three of us and we walked 2 miles back afterwards. You have to pay for your own breakfast. I spent alot of money that one night , 1500 for 3 tickets to concert, hotel room and cab. The staff was beyond helpful and nice , the cab they suggested was excellent just expensive. Overall I would stay there again .
