This was such a beautiful hotel. My friends and I stayed for our girls trip and fell in love. The breakfast was amazing and rooms so clean. Location was perfect. We were so comfortable and enjoyed it so much. Will definitely stay here again the next time I come to sorrento

Great property. Has everything you need for your stay in Sorrento. Across from probably the best pizzeria in Sorrento, a very short walk to the main piazza. Staff was beyond polite and helpful at all times. Rooms are clean and modern, and the pool is just a little bonus to cool off with, clean and very well maintained as well. Overall great value. Thank you guys!

Excellent stay in this hotel. Staff were amazing. Teresa Lauro was always so welcoming. The breakfast has so many various food options, including Gluten Free. Hotel is walking distance to all restaurants and the huge amount of gift shops. I highly recommend this hotel.

We are first time in Sorrento and I chose the Best location and Hotel! Hotel Capri is beautiful hotel , friendly staffs and delicious Grande buffet Breakfast! Adult only hotel that close to everywhere! We are at the busiest street Corso italia . The room beautiful , the AC is cold ( we are here on hot summer day ) We joined the tours that the meeting point only few blocks away from the hotel. My favorite is Buffet breakfast at the hotel , the Manager Teresa Lauro very helpful and pay attention to the details of customer's needs! Highly recommended if you ever plan to visit Sorrento , Choose Hotel Capri .

The hotel is beautiful and our room was lovely. The foyer is lovely. The pool was nice to refresh yourself after a day out. The hotel itself is perfect but the staff lack personality hardly a smile except for the 2 Indian employees and the night porter.

The hotel staff were all friendly, helpful & welcoming, especially Teresa. The breakfast spread was great. The pool was lovely but could use a few more loungers. The room was a good size, recently refurbished along with the rest of the hotel & clean. One thing the rooms could do with though was a bit more storage - a couple of shelves or some bedside drawers. Lovely stay at this hotel & would definitely recommend.

It was a lovely stay at this hotel in Sorrento. The hotel and rooms were very clean. Air conditioning worked extremely well. Staff was very welcoming and lovely. Teresa went out of her way to make sure that everything was perfect for us and made us feel at home. There was a big variety at breakfast and service was great. We didn't use the pool but it looked lovely. Hotel is only a short walk away from the main shopping and restaurants however there are also restaurants close to the hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Hotel Capri. The hotel is very modern, well presented and in a great location. We stayed in a double room with a balcony. The room was lovely, and had a great view over the pool. Only negative was the room size it was a little small and lacked shelving/storage but other wise it was fantastic. We would 100% recommended staying here and if we come back to Sorrento we will be rebooking the Hotel Capri.

It was our 1st time to Italy and Sorrento. I cant say enough about this hotel and the staff!!! From beginning to end it was wonderful! Theresa was so helpful and accommodating, always checking in on us when she saw us!!! Breakfast was abundant lots of choices! Pool was a bonus with a little bar for drinks and snacks..I only wish we could stay longer if I had know i would have..but we will be back..we stayed for 4 days and we were sad to go..

I never write reviews, but I had to for Hotel Capri because it is fantastic. The hotel is clean, well maintained and looks newly renovated. The staff was helpful and friendly. It’s also a perfect location as it was walking distance to town center, the train station, and the ferry. The best part of my families’ experience was the hotel manager, Miss Teresa. She was very attentive, responsive, and treated us like family. Every time we saw Miss Teresa, she always made sure we had what we needed and knew where to go. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Sorrento.

Hotel Capri was perfect for our family . It was 6 of us so I booked 3 separate rooms 2 next door to each other and one couple of rooms away all on the same floor .The hotel was clean and air conditioned and walking distance to everything train, ferry and shops and the plaza.Teresa the manager arraigned transportation from the airport (Naples) which was a Mercedes van that fit all of comfortably along with all of our luggage we stayed 6 nights and it was cheaper than Uber! The rooms were renovated so that was a plus . Breakfast was included every morning which we utilized to help fuel our exhausting days lol… The pool is a great amenity I noticed during breakfast people would hold their lounge chairs during breakfast and then come back and eat so space it competitive. The staff was very nice and helpful I definitely asked them more than once to book a reservation at a restaurant and to call us taxi’s . I would recommend !
