This is a very cute place to stay. The room was very convenient and clean and just outside was a lovely place to have breakfast or an ice cream in the afternoon..

There’s no contact with any staff, the rooms are cleaned only when you leave. We didn’t have breakfast. There’s a lovely terrace you can sit out on with a honesty bar. The village is beautiful and the hotel is in a very old building but be aware that the stairs are steep and quite narrow & there is no lift so anyone with mobility issues would struggle - not sure if there were any ground floor rooms

Cozy

Relaxing Ambiente, cozy room and breakfast area. Lovely breakfast presentation and selection. We appreciated the love and attention to detail with which we were greeted.

Although we reserved for 2 adults + 1 child (11 year old), the bed for the child was not ready, we made the bed on the sofa using the sheets in the drawer. However sofa was very uncomfortable even for a child.

If you reach the hotel after 5pm, you surely must contact the hotel in advance. If you miss, it would be nightmare. No staff could help you because they do not leave the tel number.

The worst hotel i ever been in

The checkin was terrible, if a man on the street didnt help us, we would sleep in the street. The room was dirty. The stairs were un convnient, and the hotel did not tell us about so many stairs. There was no door in the shower.

Not good enough

Even though we reserved for 3 people there wasn’t a third bed. The third person is supposed to sleep on the sofa-bed but it wasn’t made and there were no sheets or pillow for the third person. We had to contact the customer service and they told us to find the sheets in the cupboard outside the room. So did we but it was’nt very pleasant. Also we didn’t receive the confirmation e-mail that we as supposed to have the instructions for check-in. We had to call the customer service for that as well. All the digital communication by the hotel is in german, we have to translate it on apps. Everything is a challenge. Also the rooms are not fairly priced. Small and huge room are the same value.
