The staff was extremely helpful and kind...I did not ask her name, but the team member ( female) who worked the breakfast area, very nice. The front desk was staff was also helpful. I would say my only complaint is the dryer in the laundry room could use an update...but that is all.

We stayed overnight and it was a great stay especially for the money we paid. The beds are extremely comfortable. The free breakfast was a delightful treat. I’d definitely recommend and will stay again.

Property looks fine at the lobby level but the rooms are tired and outdated. Carpets and furniture are stained. Should be replaced or cleaned more thoroughly. For the price, it is a good value. Some guests are questionable but for the most part, this property catered to families well.

The room I was in had a funky smell but I sort of became nose blind to it. The sink was slow to drain letting water pool when in use that would then quite slowly drain. I think my AC stopped working at some point. Lots of cosmetic issues but otherwise clean room. I did not report any of it though because I just needed a place to sleep and the room fit the purpose. But the staff was lovely. Breakfast was plentiful and included so one less thing to think about. Ample parking. Location is great if you need to get to the convention center with a Wawa literally across the street which was great for snacks if you don’t wish to order or have a car to go somewhere for food. Overall, would definitely stay again.

Staff was great. The room not so much. TV didn’t work even after the staff came to fix it. They did ask if we wanted another room yet my son was already in bed, we traveled most of the day and were very tired. This isn’t the usual hotel we stay in, we needed something just to rest. Didn’t get full rest due to the AC not working properly during the night even when the thermostat was lowered. The door to the room was weird had to slam it to make sure it was closed. The lock wouldnt lock until you had pushed the door for the lock to grasp. Noticed a stain in the shower curtain that appeared to be there for a long time. Looks like it was washed and dried and no one noticed. Did not partake in the breakfast - my son was not having it after not getting good sleep due to the faulty AC. Good location though behind Wawa’s and there are restaurants near by if you want to catch a bite to eat. Free parking which is always a good thing. The staff was wonderful! Just this hotel is not what was expected after reading good reviews and the good score.

Love that the whole hotel is smoke free! The halls especially smells great. The beds are great, some of the other furniture is dated. Definitely coming back when I the area.
