Very comfortable

Nice place with very modern and comfortable room. Quiet location next to a park and stream. Good restaurant that served steakhouse style food and open late, much appreciated when you're on the road all day. Four bed room had remarkably good beds for the kids.

If you are expecting a luxurious hotel with all the bells and..... This is not for you. But great, friendly, clean experience, then definitely recommended. So nice.

As expected, mostly comfortable but cold rooms

Our was unremarkable in a neutral way. Check-in was swift, beds were comfortable and the breakfast good. The one thing that could be improved is that although we had booked well in advance, the room was unheated when arrived and it took about 45 min to reach somewhat comfortable temperature. Also note that there is no lift and 2 flight of stairs to climb to some rooms.

Fine hotel for a reasonable price

Fine hotel for a reasonable price. A steak house restaurant on the same address. We didn’t order steaks as they were a bit pricey. Ordered schnitzel and cordon bleu. They were pretty standard and a bit dry.

Ideal gelegen fĂŒr einen Besuch im Heide Park. Auch die Soltau Therme ist gleich in der NĂ€he. Schlafen mit offenem Fenster leider nicht möglich, da das nahegelegene Wehr doch sehr laut rauscht. FrĂŒhstĂŒck spitze. Steakrestaurant und Bar auch super. Leider zu wenig ParkplĂ€tze fĂŒr die HotelgĂ€ste, da die PlĂ€tze auch von den Restaurantbesuchern genutzt werden.
