“Amazing hotel tucked away down a quiet street but in walking distance to attractions in Tblisi. Staff were so friendly and helpful particularly as Expedia mucked up our booking. Roof top pool and bar was a welcome relief after sightseeing for the day. Highly recommend!”

In general no complaints, the only issue is the type of guests (but it is typical for Georgia in general): there are a lot of families with children and their parents permit them to do everything, e.g. start playing at 00.00, beat the walls, play at the corridor at 2 am etc. So if you are coming for business it is better to ask for quite room…”

“This property is misleading and does not match the listing. The photos shown belong to a different hotel, and at the listed address there was another hotel under a different name with no record of my reservation. I had to contact Expedia to report the issue and arrange a refund, then quickly find another place to stay on arrival. It was a stressful experience, especially as I was traveling with a child and arrived late at night with no accommodation. Expedia should improve their verification...
