There was a major problem with check in. We did not receive the email wit check in instructions. It took a long while to get in touch with the local manager through the Hotels.com office. when he did arrive everything was fine - except that the oven didn't work!

Incheckningen var kaotisk. Som gäst skulle man få tre olika koder till tre olika dörrar för för att komma in i sitt hotellrum via mail. Tyvärr fungerade inte detta system. Ägaren fanns av en slump på plats när vi kom, men följde inte med oss upp för att se till att det fungerade utanförst efter flera telefonkontakter och 2 timmars väntan dök han upp och vi fick vi till slut våra rum. I övrigt var hotellet enkelt med en ok frukost.

VARNING! Vi hade bokat lägenheten som det stod hade ”Utsikt över kanal”. Kom dit till entrén till lägenheten, insåg att den är vid en stor parkeringsplats och i bottenplan. Incheckningen var invecklad och otydlig även för en IT-tekniker som utförde den, till slut kom vi in. Väl i hallen luktade det illa. Lukten visade sig komma från badrummet, där vi såg flertalet prickar av svartmögel i taket, minst 5 stycken. - Som vi tog bilder på. Det stack i näsan efter en liten stund. Ventilationen lät högt i större delen av lägenheten. Det stank skinka ur kylskåpet. Alla fönster förutom dom i stora sovrummet vätte ut mot parkering och en ful fasad ca 10 meter intill. I stora sovrummet fanns också den stora parkeringsytan precis utanför, med kanalen ej synlig långt bort. Lägenheten låg i markplan som sagt. Min sambo gick till receptionen och skulle förklara läget för hotellägaren och möttes av avfärdande. Han förminskande problemen totalt och sa till och med att dom har målat över möglet förut. Som att det hjälper mot mögel. Kommer aldrig boka en enda natt ens i nödfall på detta ställe.

Fint rum, trevlig personal, god frukost! Bra läge i stan. Ett fläktbrus utanför störde lite när vi skulle sova, eftersom vi ville ha öppet fönster då det var varmt ute. Rum mot gatan kanske hade varit bättre? Men bra pris och allt man behöver finns. Kaffet är fantastiskt gott!

Rummet var ok även om märkläggningsgardinen var fär liten och solen kom in under hela natten. Underhållet kunde vara bättre, duschens kran var svår att vrida eftersom pakningen höll på att gå sönder. Frukostn var jätte bra Personalen otrolig hjälpsam när hissen inte fungerade och hoteelet ligger på fjärde våningen. Hissen lagades till sist.

Ett litet, familjärt hotell mitt i Sollefteå, med enkla men trevliga rum och hjälpsam personal. Hotellfrukosten var imponerande med tanke på hotellets storlek och kaffe, frukt och kakor mm fanns tillgängligt dygnet runt. Även mikro fanns för den som ville ordna sin egen middag. Incheckningen gick smidigt, det kom ett sms med instruktion då jag kom efter receptionens öppettider, och det funkade hur bra som helst. Om jag har anledning att bo på hotell i Sollefteå någon mer gång kommer jag att boka Hotell Sollefteå.
