Stunning view of Seorak Mountain. Only 15 minute or so to drive to the park entrance. The breakfast buffet was decent for the value. Really enjoyed their Italian restaurant. Our ocean view royal suite was absolutely perfect! The resort is gigantic and beautiful. We ended up staying one extra night. Highly recommend.

The first room that I was assigned to had terrible cigarette smell. I asked for a different room and I was given a new room. However , when it was time for me and my family to go to bed, we realized the pillows smelled the body odor of the precious occupants. I saw hairs everywhere on the bed and under the blanket. But we were too tired after the long day of hiking and trekking , and we ended up covering the beds with towels instead to cover up tvr odor. The next morning, when I checked out from the hotel , I informed the front desk personnel about the issue. Although the hotel is spacious and looks clean overall, I am surprised that the housekeepers don’t change the blankets and pillows for new guests. I would not recommend this place, considering I paid over 400 USD for one night stay.

The sofa in the room has dried blood on it. Housekeeping tried to resolve it by putting a towel over it. Lifted the sofa cushion to find a pile of debris, trash and dried rice. It was so gross that the guy who came to change the sofa cushion looked horrified. Before we reserved the hotel, I called specifically to see if the hot tub in the room was accessible by any of the three rooms and was told you could only enter it from the hallway. Upon arrival, we saw that there are two entrances to the hot tub- one of which was from the rooms. Had we known this, we would not have shared hotel rooms. The staff is rude- except the valet guy downstairs. The girl at the bakery yelled at a man while I was there- all because she wanted him to make a straight line. Taxis didn’t want to come all the way out there. I could go on and on. Overall, it was just a bizarre experience.

방 업그레이드 해주셔서 둘이서 갔는데 넓고 쾌적하고 자쿠지도 있어서 잘 너무 좋았구요.울산바위가 보이는 운치도 너무 맘에 들었어요.👍 자고일어났을 때 보이는 울산바위 뷰는 잊을수가 없네요.소노페리체의 최고 장점이라 생각합니다.😍😍 다만 쓰던 방에 파손된 곳이 2~3군데 있어서 청소하시는 분들이 바로 보고하고 조치를 취했으면 어땠을까하는 아쉬움이 있었어요. 샤워실이 두군데 있었는데 그 중 큰방쪽 해바라기 샤워기도 고장나서 물이 엉망으로 뿜어져 나왔어요. 제가 묵었던 곳은 델피노였는데 편의시설이 소노벨쪽에 몰려있어서 이동간 거리가 좀 걸리더라구요. 편의점 정도는 같은 건물에 하나쯤 있었으면 좋겠습니다. 그리고 던킨도너츠가 표지판에 있어서 찾아봤는데 안보이길래 츄러스 직원분께 물어봤더니 없어졌다 하더라구요. 한참 찾았네요.😑 없어진 매장에 대한 표지판도 좀 신경써주시길... 사진을 같이 올리고 싶었는데 폰카메라로 찍었는데 사진이 들어가지질 않네요.

기본 인프라는 만족하였고, 로열로 업그레이드해주셔서 더욱 만족했어요. 가족단위 여행에는 세대간 화장실까지 각각 사용할 수 있어 좋았어요.(룸3, 화장실 3) 그리고 파노라마 뷰는 푸른 골프장 잔디와 동해가 보이고 아침에 거실에서 일출을 볼 수 있어 최고예요.

전체적인 시설과 컨디션은 만족했으나 체크인 하는 곳을 자세히 설명해주시면 좋겠습니다. 처음에 다른 곳으로 갔다가 체크인 하는 곳을 자세히 설명 안 해주셔서 헤맸네요. 이스트동 10층 체크인입니다. 그리고 침대없는 방은 다른 방에서 물 내리면 너무 크게 들리네요. 그 외에 모든 것은 만족해서 재 방문 할 것 같아요

소노펠리체 클린형 골드였습니다. 가격에 비해 넓은 룸과 룸내편의시설이 잘 갖추어져있습니다. 조식은 제가 최근 몆년간 호텔조식중 음식의 종류와 맛에 있어 최고였습니다. 다만 10층에 위치한 체크인 카운터에는 다른 호텔로비와 달리 의자가 전혀없어 제가 체크인을 위해 기다리고 수속하는 동안 팔순어머니께서계속 서서 기다리셨습니다.
