Everyone was excellent from the doorman Ricardo upon my arrival to the reception staff karol and camilla. The cleaning staff and housemaids were great. The restaurant staff were very accomadating. Very satisfied and happy!

Nice hotel with very friendly front desk staff. The large king bed was very comfortable with a nice size bathroom. There are several bars/clubs across the street so the room was very very loud until midnight when the clubs have to close. The breakfast was okay on Saturday but on Sunday there was hardly no options available considering they say you have a buffet breakfast with your stay????? We also requested a wake up call but the lady called us 20 minutes prior. The rooms also have no A/C so something to take into consideration.

Overpriced and extremely noisy The room was very expensive for what it offers. My room was directly below a bar, with constant loud music, vibrations, and staff noise late at night and early in the morning. Poor sound insulation made it impossible to sleep. Definitely not worth the price and not recommended if you value rest.

The place was very clean, and the stuff was very nice. I felt secure, and the area felt safe even late at night. Las instalaciones son muy limpias y en buenas condiciones. Los trabajadores fueron muy serviciales. El area del hotel es limpia y segura incluso los dias en que llegue tarde en la noche.
