Special thanks for our ambassador Tim for making a truly unforgettable experience. We will never forget the two windowless coffins assigned to us that this establishment dares to call rooms. Having our kids stay on the other side of the building was really nice so we could not hear them cry. Breakfast was ok.

The hotel itself was great and the staff at the breakfast really nice. Sadly the spa experienced didn’t go well as there were either towels missing, the sauna was broken or a group of drunken people prevented the relaxation. The front desk was so kind to cover and promise to cover some of the fees as an apology but at the end forgot to take them off because of the lack of communication at the front desk. Other than that I had a good experience overall. Just bring lots of time and lots of patience if you go to the spa.

Very nice hotel with clean and spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Extra plus for very friendly and service-oriented staff. Good Italian inspired food was served in the restaurants. We didn't use the spa as we were there for a family party, for which it was perfect.

Great spa & hotel, very mediocre restaurant

Super nice experience at the check in, great spa, everything is very fresh and new. The restaurant is quite overpriced and the service is so so, seemed like all the stuff are new and unexperienced..

Nicely preseneted hotel, with helpful and friendly reception staff. Rooms immaculate and a nice variety of breakfast offered. Slightly misleading listing regarding an indoor pool, which is actually part of a spa package at 595SEK for 3 hrs per person. Bar prices astronomical too with 2 x G&T at 375SEK.

Fancy and new hotel but I had noisy room

Hotel is beautiful and breakfast was superb. But my room (106) was above a karaoke room so I needed to listen karaoke screaming until 11:45pm. That was unacceptable. I called to receptionist and she understood my complaint but I don’t understand in such a high quality hotel noone has thought that people value good night sleep quite high. And that is not possible in room 106 if there is karaoke party down stares.

Amazing, staff, hotel and amenities

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel and highly recommend AdAstra hotel in Södertälje. I stayed for 4 nights and experienced add-ons that the hotel has to offer. The lobby was welcoming and spacious, with games, drinks and a cosy atmosphere. The room was great, clean and had everything that I needed. The TV offered me to sign into my own Netflix account which was a great surprise. The restaurant has amazing pizzas, and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever experienced. Served from 07:00-11:00 which suited my needs perfectly. The specially made coffee for us was so so good and the staff working at the breakfast made it, and treated us like royalty. The spa was amazing, we had a great experience all over. Last but not least the staff was phenomenal. I would like to pass on special thanks to the hotel staff for the truly exceptional service. From the reception to daily interactions, every staff member was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. It was clear that you truly care about your guests and are committed to providing a wonderful experience. I am very pleased with my stay and will definitely recommend this hotel to others. Hopefully I will have the chance to visit again
