Social Circle Vacations

When i got to the hotel they told me they were book, a 100 percent occupied, however that was not the case, it was visible that several rooms where available. I showed my reservation but she did not honor the reservation. Now what is ironic is that normally Expedia would have sent an email stating that I did not show up and that it was a cancellation. Albeit, I log into my email a week later and I see you all sent an email inquiring how was my check in, so apparently the check in process did actually occur xpedia would have sent an email indicating that the reservation was cancelled. To receive an email inquiring about the check in process as well as my overall stay at the OYO at I-20 Decatur is rather strange to stay the least. Even though the reservation was not paid in advance, the reservation was still in my name, therefore, any damages that may have occurred OYO could hold me accountable, Again, I will reach out to or more details

Beautiful new update from the old W! Good food and amenities, plus helpful staff! Great value!

We have stayed in several hotels in downtown Atlanta and this is by far our favorite. The staff was great, the rooms were beautiful and well kept and we plan to stay there in the future.

Room and location was great, only issue was the parking situation, took us over an hour to get valet service
