This hotel is in need of a deep clean and possibly a remodel. The floors looked dirty and the furniture was scratched and stained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was just OK. The parking in front is small.

We were traveling from New Mexico to Houston and stayed in Synder because hotels were outrageously priced in Abilene. The hotel was ok. Old and needs an update. The room was spacious and seemed clean but there were some tears in the carpet. The receptionist was super nice and gave us recommendations on where to eat.

Got great service from the receptionist desk. Very helpful and friendly. But the carpet on my floor had not been vacuumed and the breakfast was mediocre... eggs overcooked

The staff was amazing, from the lady who checked us in to the cleaning lady.. all the staff was fabulous. We were traveling cross country with our son who broke down in Oklahoma. It was horrible. They were able to get us in our room early, the room was beautiful, breakfast was great. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for making our travels better.
