“Pros:: Lovely old pub, AC worked well, great location, plenty of parking, big room and bathroom. Bed was hard, but that is personal preference. Old building is beautiful but with it comes low beams, uneven steps, etc. Con's: Breakfast seemed a bit disjointed (only 1 staff member on) kept having to find staff (same with check out) - not a huge issue as pub not that big. “The staff were very welcoming, helpful and interacted with customers warmly, we were watching while having a drink and meal in the bar as well as our own experience. The room looked liked it had been redecorated fairly recently and was clean. Two tower fans were provided which helped as the sun shone into our room in the day. The location worked well for us, being on the edge of town, as we wanted a quieter location. There were plenty of parking spaces available. The breakfast was cereal and a...
